The amount of “real” ghost pictures floating around the internet these days is slightly overwhelming. Since Photoshop entered our lives, unfortunately, we’ve seen a huge increase in fake ghost pictures claiming to be the real deal. This makes it very hard to accept that any photos we see today of things like ghosts are real and not produced by a spotty teenager in their bedroom for kicks. Thankfully technology also allows us to scrutinize and examine photos with incredible detail to sort the “real” from the “unreal.”
If you like all things ghosts then we’ve picked out the most convincing ghost photos we can find on the internet for you to inspect. As far as we can tell, all these creepy ghost photos are genuine…
Behind You …
This seemingly normal wedding guest photo taken back in 1972 looks normal enough until you take a closer look at the guy on the right.
The photographer captures what appears to be an uninvited guest wearing white trousers and sandals, but what’s really creepy is the eyes peeping around the side of the man on the left. The photographer claimed the spirit also showed up in the negative of the picture and points out that it would be impossible for anyone to crouch and peek in this position.
The Face in the Attic
This spooky ghost photo was taken by a neighbor who lived across the street the day after the house was set on fire by arsonists. Several other witnesses watched the house burn in the night and claimed to have heard someone crying out for help from inside the abandoned house. investigators found no signs of anyone being inside.
Queen Mary Ghost
This shadow figure was captured by a 73-year-old man while aboard the notoriously haunted Queen Mary. The man was taking photos of the ship’s interior and specifically this corridor. When he got home and printed the photos he was surprised to see this ghostly figure lurking in the hallway and swears no one was there when he took the photo.
A woman took this photo of her grandmother in 1997, the man standing behind her grandmother is her grandfather who passed away in 1984. Even more spooky is that no one in the family noticed the grandfather in the photo until the grandmother passed away.
